13.01.2022 Have you visited Greville Street in Prahran recently? You may have seen this beautiful catenary lighting overhead. The Webb team designed the finishing touches to this feature catenary lighting located in front of Grattan Gardens. These new catenary lights contributes to the ambience of the street and has been well received by the community of the City of Stonnington. It was designed to provide illuminations to the new shared pedestrian zone at the entrance to Grattan Gardens. Webb worked with Rush Wright Architects & Jan Flook Lighting to produce the final design, and Sapphire Aluminium manufactured the lighting.

08.01.2022 Barangaroo Reserve - what an incredible project to be part of! Congratulations goes to the project's team members: Marc Pirozzi, Ashwin Muntgantiwar & Simon Chiu from Webb's Sydney office, who's lighting design was acknowledged with the 2016 IES Lighting Design Award of Commendation for Barangaroo Reserve’s Public Domain Lighting. The award acknowledges the designers’ achievements to minimise light pollution, energy usage and maintenance costs by using energy efficient LEDs ...and state-of-the-art dimming controls. The IES Lighting Design award is just one of a raft of awards the project has received. Some of these awards are: - American Architecture Prize 2017 as Landscape Design of the Year - President’s Award at the 2016 Australian Engineering Excellence Award Sydney - Australia’s Project of the Year at the 2016 IPA National Infrastructure Awards - Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) 2015 Parks and Open Space Landscape Architecture Award - Architizer A+Award Jury Winner in the Landscape & Planning: Public Park - World Architecture News (WAN) Waterfront 2015 Award
