24.01.2022 DISH OF THE WEEK This is our very popular salt and pepper calamari! One of our most ordered dishes.... We source fresh calamari and you can taste the difference. It's very tender. We lightly coat it in our signature salt and pepper flour before frying until golden. Is this one of your favourites?

Our duck breast is roasted, then sliced skin-on to deliver a mouth-watering taste. You can add duck to almost every dish! It's particularly good in a curry.... Our duck is also sourced locally, offering a paddock - to wok - to plate experience.

We have a number of combination seafood meals to try, from fish curry to our very special sizzling scallops in a sweet chilli sauce. Our ginger shallot scallops is also a very yummy and healthy dish. Our seafood includes prawns, scallops, fish and calamari. We source local where possible and when in season and pride ourselves on the freshness of our proteins and produce.

15.01.2022 Many people have asked us which dishes freeze best! While most of our dishes freeze and re-heat well, our curries with rice are particularly great for freezing. Half a container of Massaman Curry and half a container of plain rice will cost less than $10 per serve, and these are pretty big serves!... Pro tip - let your meal cool completely before freezing to lessen the condensation trapped in the container. When reheating, heat thoroughly so all parts are hot. Let the curry cool slightly and stir a few times to thicken the consistency after reheating. Enjoy
