17.01.2022 Council has reopened a number of its facilities in response to the SA Government’s changes to Covid-19 restrictions over the weekend. While these facilities are now open, we’re still encouraging people to delay any unnecessary in-person visits where possible, in line with the current advice from SA Health. If you do visit us, please make sure you’re well, and you follow good hygiene and social distancing measures. Some services and facilities are still restricted or closed and these measures are expected to be in place until 1 December. We’ll be reviewing these regularly, and we’ll let you know of any changes as soon as possible here and on our website - www.mid-murray.sa.gov.au
10.01.2022 ALWAYS WAS, ALWAYS WILL BE Before COVID-19 reared it's head again, we closed off NAIDOC week with a special event in Mannum. Our long term NAIDOC partners, Mannum Aboriginal Community Association Inc. celebrated with a Welcome to Country, flag raising and a traditional smoking ceremony before heading on our "Together as one" march to Mannum Sporting Complex, where we had a fantastic day of family friendly activities and some traditional tucker.... This year we also extended our partnership to include @Mannum Community College. It was great to have so many students taking part in cultural activities. Thanks also to our Friends at headspace Murray Bridge, Moorundi ACCHS and ASG for sharing the day with us. #NAIDOC2020 #alwayswasalwayswillbe #TogetherAsOne
