What made this especially impressive is the fact that Anita is paramedic and works night shifts. You all know what it’s like when your sleeping routine is off? It results in elevated stress levels which ultimately leads to poor choices with food. But not in Anita’s case. Despite the difficult circumstances she powdered through, trained like an animal and ate within her calorie limit each and every day. Anita came a close 2nd place overall. 08.01.2022 Lockdown Results Some members put their time in lockdown to good use. Tansel gained 7.6kg over this period but over 50% of this was quality lean muscle mass, with very little body fat gain. Further more his strength over the last 11 months has more than doubled. His major lifts on the Deadlift, Bench Press and Squat have increased significantly, with Tansel now being one of our strongest members.... Two young daughters to look after and working full time, but still no excuses. The results are obvious and it’s awesome to see. Well done Tansel.

Visceral Fat Loss 25cm Weight Loss 5.9kg Muscle Mass Increase 3.4% Body Fat Loss 6.2% At first Naomi wasn’t happy with the results till I explained to her how amazing they are, and how close she was to winning the whole challenge. Amazing effort to achieve these numbers in 8 weeks. Diligent throughout the whole 8 weeks with food and training. Naomi is doing the next challege with her eyes firmly set on achieving her once 11% body fat. . Insane I know This public announcement will drive her to get there. 01.01.2022 Another incredible Transformation Nick Holloway Visceral fat loss 45cm Weight loss 9.8kg... Muscle mass increase 3.2% Body fat loss 5.2% Dedicated and on point for the entire 8 weeks. Nick went all out and followed the program to perfection. Nick was Personal Trained a couple of times a week by Coach Greg and on alternate days attended 5D Classes.
