05.01.2022 I’ve noticed that my usual calm is getting overrun with the fear that is emanating from society. A visit to the supermarket to buy groceries at the moment is enough to induce panic in the calmest of people. Let’s all take a moment (or more) in our days to centre and calm ourselves so we don’t become burnt out by this fear. This technique is very simple and easy to follow, you can either read or listen to the recording. Take care everyone
