25.01.2022 5 Palms Beach House was unaffected by the tidal surge that hit Midge Point with Tropical Cyclone Debbie and will be available for bookings once power has been restored to the township of Midge Point. 24.01.2022 The living room closes off completely to become bedroom 3 with a queen size water bed!

22.01.2022 Large smart tv and dvd player in air-conditioned living area.

20.01.2022 Bedroom 2 is a slightly smaller room but again has a Mackay cedar, custom made queen size bed with an Extra clearance, overhead king single. storage drawers underneath.

20.01.2022 5 Palms Beach House is available for short term vacation rental. 3 night minimum stay. The property sleeps up to 8 people and linen is included in the tariff. Rental rates vary from $145 to $175 per night based on a 2 person stay. Extra guests @ $10 per person per night. There is an additional security deposit of $500.00 payable on collection of the house key to cover any loss / damage or in the event that additional cleaning is required due to the property not being left in an acceptable condition. 20.01.2022 There is always something happening on the beach at Midge Point. This Sunday was perfect flying conditions for ultralights! Beautiful 25 degree Winters day!

09.01.2022 Summer storm rolling in from the west will bring us welcome relief from the heat today. Fishing conditions have been fantastic last couple of days with good catches of fingermark, mangrove jack and a nice 'catch and release' Barra.
