These takers have only one thing in there mind and that is them... Be smart and let the takers go as they will just move onto the next giver!! ... But be pleased to know that the takers will never have true friends as they have nothing to offer anyone!! 18.01.2022 Happy New Year to all our fitness family!!! Well what a year 2020 was, it was certainly very challenging but also very rewarding during this year of Covid. It showed us a lot of things, how resilient, how strong, how determined we can be. It also allowed us to flourish and start off our new Boutique Gym to manage our way and our clients/members way through this Covid period as you all know. We believe that fitness is a massive part of mental health and wanted to do our part ...to manage that through this period as it was more important than ever. 17.01.2022 Let’s talk dirty bulking.... Yep nothing to say on that subject.. We encourage all our clients to clean bulk, There are countless negative effects of dirty bulking but the most important revolve around potential health risks and diseases. By consuming fatty foods and maintaining the consistency of a poor diet, you put yourself at risk for serious diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer. Studies have shown that individuals who have diets containin...g high fat foods are more likely to increase the risk of developing cancer over time. With the dirty bulk in full effect, some might think that you might be able to pack on the pounds more quickly by eliminating cardio from their training regime. This is a big mistake for most as cardiovascular health is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Not to mention, eliminating cardio and eating foods higher in sodium content and saturated fat can cause very serious cardiovascular health diseases by increasing the production levels of low-density lipoprotein. Not only that it leads to poor self esteem in today society. 13.01.2022 WOMEN TONE, MEN BUILD TRUTH OR MYTH? THE TRUTH IS: Muscle is gained by stimulating muscle fibers to grow larger. We stimulate muscles by overloading them with resistance training. All bodies release growth hormone when they weight train, but men grow more muscle because they have more testosteronea lot more. Men and women build muscle in the same way. Yes!!! The same way ... "Toning" and "building" are just different words to the same end: hypertrophy. Women use the word "tone" because they're afraid of "getting big." (If it was that easy to get that big, it us actually super hard to get muscles and it takes years! ) Most of the time, what they mean is that they want to see their muscles. So, most women want to be leaner with more muscle mass. In reality, most men want the same thing. The typical rep range for muscle growth is 8-15 reps with limited rest time. The point is to exert your body and continuously add more weight during those sets. 13.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION #transformationtuesday Molly has been our client for the last 8 months. She came to 5star Physique because her PT that she was training with for 12 months wasn’t seeing any progress in her health and fitness. ... She had been dealing with some mental health issues and found a new love for the gym. Molly decided she wanted to compete in her first Fitness comp with Australian bodybuilding federation where she won her division. Ever since her fitness competition she has been training with Silvia to set more goals and be more driven and motived to achieve them. One of her future goals she has been working with @5starphysiquefitness coach @ifbbpro_silviakovacsova is to compete in her second bodybuilding competition comping up in May 2021 and improve her physique for even better. It’s has been pleasure to work with Molly. She is training insane and has been very consistent with her improving season. We can’t see her finish physique when it’s time to shine again on the stage.
