25.01.2022 This little tyke Shilo Geyl started tkd at around 3yrs of age and is now 10. She just double graded from Red 1 to Red 3 and has been awarded "Grading Excellence Award 2020" for her efforts! Well done Shilo.

17.01.2022 Had a great time with the KMA BJJ team today at Byron Bay for my (and Harrison Timothy’s) first ever BJJ comp. I managed to come away with a gold in the over 30’s GI division and a Gold in the over 30’s No Gi division. Harry has a huge division but was unlucky to bow out in the first round! Onwards and upwards and lots of learning taking place Thanks David King, for your coaching, & Shantal King, Karly Flynn & Matty & Harry for your support & encouragement (whatever form of abuse that takes )

15.01.2022 The final 5th Element Martial Arts grading for 2020 is to be held on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December! Saturday 5th: All colour belts excluding current Red 3 and Cho Dan Bo (provisional black belts) Sunday 6th: Current Red 3, Cho Dan Bo and all black belts....
