16.01.2022 We came in from Perth to work on Eagles Nest MTB Trail, hey and for a nite ride,... stayed and repeated it tonight as just had to.:) BIG SHOUT OUT thank you to Main Roads Wheatbelt Northam & Narrogin offices, for their donation of trail marker posts! Thank you to the staff in Main Roads. The markers during last night nights ride, were so invaluable. to guide us, thats people of all ages, grey nomads to those BLASTING off energy without getting lost in Nomans Land. Dont wa...nt to make a mistake out here. If anyone interested in riding at night, drop me a message and Ill let you know when next in Narrogin town. Future program includes ORIENTEERING club rides/walks. Not allowed to hold a race or competition, just so you know. Attach daytime photos of first Lost Ridge then Log Drop for interest, we rode this last night and again tonight. This particular trail, always look before you enter or go off track, as unsigned tracks might have no way out before a drop! See more

12.01.2022 Good news Shire of Narrogin in April Council meeting moved to support cycling in Narrogin, 1. Support the recommendation for the design and construction for a Challenge Park comprising of a pump track, bike playground and beginner/intermediate jump lines adjacent to the existing Skate Park in Gnarojin Park. 2. Support our submission for shared paths at Railway Dam / Foxes Lair.

05.01.2022 Excitement building at Shire of Brookton today with WCC delivering 12+ bicycles. This is part of our celebration marking the Shire currently busy building their new bike track (BMX) with wide racing lanes similar to a pump track. Well done to the Shire boys who are building an amazing track for locals, being your first effort. If ya like this, then flick a message of congrats to the Shire to encourage them to start on the Brookton to Narrogin rail trail line! If you have chi...ldren at the local school, have them follow-up with the school. Bikes to be distributed care of the Shire (Deb & Rick) via school. Added link to Shire web-page below. 02.01.2022 FLAT OUT busy clearing trails, putting track signage out for this Saturday club open day first effort for us. Wanted to share how recent rain seems to have sprung wildflowers into appearing along the Grass Tree Loop though HELPS to see during the daytime :)
