21.01.2022 BOOTCAMPS ARE BACK ON MONDAY 18TH MAY Hi team, I have just got word from Bayside Council that we are allowed to commence training outdoors again !!!... I will be in contact with everyone shortly to advise on how we will move forward with your existing programs. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: 9 Bootcampers per session. 1.5m rules still apply. NO contact with each other OR sharing of ANY equipment. Must follow COVID safety requirements. To accommodate for the change to 9 people, sessions will be cut down to 45mins and workouts will be modified. NEW BOOTCAMP TIMES: 6:00 to 6:45AM (Mon Fri) 6:45 to 7:30AM (Mon Fri) 7:30 to 8:15AM (Mon Fri) 9:30 to 10:30AM (Tue, Wed & Thu) 6:45 to 7:30PM (Tue, Wed & Thu)
