10.01.2022 Hi GAME CHANGERS! Often as creatures of habit we may find ourselves in a FOOD RUT? Did you know that just by adding some VARIETY into your healthy snack routine you increase your ability to gain energy, release visceral fat and increase your lean muscle? Have more of a savoury then a sweet tooth? Try these healthy Savoury Snacks - that are quick and easy to prepare and YUMMY!... 1. 1/4 Cup roasted pumpkin seeds (roast at 150C for 1/2 hour and keep in container) 2. mix 1 cup diced watermelon with 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 3. Try two pieces of multi grain Crispbread with 3 tbsps cottage cheese topped with a half-chopped capsicum pepper and sea salt to taste. 4. The saltiness of a couple of olives with the protein punch of a little cheese will hold you over way past your craving. 5. Miso soup - you can find some good instant one in the health food store or supermarket - check for additives. Have a favourite thats not mentioned here? please share!
