16.01.2022 A husqvarna fe250 that had stopped running, had been neglected from services and a result was, low oil presure to the top end and heat seized both of the cams and started running the piston low on oil also. Took a long while repairing the head but got it all sorted and running like a dream again with a fresh piston. Also fitted new neken bars, odi lock on grips and a full service.

15.01.2022 Just a fresh top end done on a ktm150 sx with a 200exc top end, upped the compression lowered the base gasket thickness from 1.35mm while tuning to .5mm heps more compression getting ready for racing

12.01.2022 Finished a service, thread repair for the oil filter fork seals and un seized all the linkage and swing arm bolts, all got replaced and feels 100% again

12.01.2022 Full rebuild finished earlyier in the week, new main bearings, new rod kit, new piston kit, new camchain, new camchain tentioner and bling kit. Runs like a a dream again

09.01.2022 Just a little job on a harley sporty. Fitted the wires to the inside of the new bars and Had a blown head gasket, on tare down found a loose head stud. Was caused by the stud had been shortened in the thread, wasnt enough meat to bite in the bottom end and it pulled the thread out so repaired the stud with more thread and instead of being 8mm its now 12mm. Had some ratty wire work so tidy it all up also.

08.01.2022 Just finished washing and greasing the linkage, swing arm, the head stem bearings and a service down pakenham. Shes all ready to ready to race

08.01.2022 Finished doing a top end on a 2003 ktm450exc, new valves as the old ones pulled threw the head, so all new ones fitted and seats cleanned up, new valve stem seals new bore as the old one was losing the nikel coating in spots, replaced the fork seals and oil, replaced front and rear wheel bearings and seals and a service

07.01.2022 Couple bikes finished for the day at onsite down Pakenham, 2020 kx450f got regrease head stem, swing arm, linkage and shocker bearings, also fixed a leak from the clutch cover. 2019 yz250f got swing arm, head stem, linkage and shocker bearings re greased along with a service and fork seals, ready to hit the tracks

05.01.2022 2015 kx250f full rebuild that had seized the rod, fitted wossner rod kit and piston kit, new mains, valve stem seals and fitted up an hour meter to keep track on service intervals and freshen ups. running like a dream

05.01.2022 Just got a ktm50 for clutch drive issues, just pulling it down to quote repairs

04.01.2022 Just got some bikes ready for racing this sunday, kx250f got new rear wheel bearings, carby clean and tuneand and full service. ktm150 got a good check over and re-grease all the linkage
