18.01.2022 "Prior to joining RMA I was going to the gym and wasn’t getting results, I was also extremely bored training by myself and felt I wasn’t pushing myself physically and mentally. After my mum and Aunty being so successful with their changes and speaking so highly of their training at RMA I thought I’d give the 6For9 challenge a go. The variety of training was exciting and challenging for me knowing that every session was an opportunity for me to get fitter and stronger, doing m...ovements I hadn’t done before. The people I trained with were all there to get the job done and were extremely motivating throughout the whole process. All of the staff at RMA were really helpful and were genuinely wanting the best results for me and wanting me to succeed, which then pushed me to training harder and eating clean throughout the challenge. It’s the last day of the challenge and I’m kind of sad because I have really enjoyed the process, and the training here at RMA, and also the many faces I have become friends with. My overall health has improved so much, I feel so much fitter and stronger than what I did in my first training session here. My sleeping patterns have improved and I wake up a lot more energised than what I did before the challenge. For any of my friends and family who are serious about their fitness journeys I would definitely recommend this challenge and this gym to them. I have to say that I was surprised of the improvements I felt, from the very first week! My body shape was changing, even though I didn’t have much weight to lose. By week 2, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin and my energy levels were improving. Even my husbands stomach and digestion issues seemed to settle just from eating the meals ...I prepared. Doreen has been consistent with her training and eating since starting with us over a year and a half ago. The gradual but LASTING changes are what matter most - NOT just in the physical, but the changes in our self beliefs. This does NOT mean that we don't have moments where we fall back into our old habits. It means creating a sincere internal shift to then consistently behave in the improved manner we see ourselves once educated.
