21.01.2022 I don’t know about you guys but it’s when I’m at my "full time job" that it is the hardest to resist to sugar. There’s always a good occasion for management to offer us something sweet (birthdays, farewells, hitting budget, long day ahead so "what you want for breakfast?", hot weather so "here are some Powerade"...). Not to mention the vending machines that are everywhere these days! So few years ago I found this solution. On Sundays, I prepare myself a big bowl of mixed nuts... (almonds, pecans, cashews, macadamias and walnuts) which I then divid into 5 little containers (1 per weekday). This does the trick as every time I feel hungry I just eat a little bit of these nuts and it makes me last until lunch or diner. One thing that you may not know, the less sugar you eat and the less hungry you will feel! I treat sugar like a drug and really try to stay away from it. See more

08.01.2022 #futsal player @angeof81 came by the studio to see where his fitness was after few months off any kind of training due to a knee injury. Had programmed a light workout for him to get his confidence back in a gym environment. Loss of strength in the legs was definitely noticed by Angelo but the overall feeling for a come back was very positive. Let’s see what happens as we gradually increase the intensity of his workouts!

04.01.2022 Big shouts going out to Ana from Denmark WA for dropping by the studio and letting me train her while she was in Perth. Ana is the perfect example of being #fitover40 she absolutely smashed a challenging 90 minutes strength and conditioning workout Great work again and looking forward to train you again
