17.01.2022 This week 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment paid their respects to Privates Tomas Dale and Grant Kirby who were killed in action in Afghanistan, August 2010. With family and friends present, a small memorial service was held at the 6 RAR Memorial Grove to honour the lives of two brave men on the 10th anniversary of their deaths. All give some, but Grant and Tomas gave it all. Lest We Forget.

10.01.2022 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment joined Vietnam War veterans today to commemorate the 54th Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan in Vietnam, 1966. 105 Australian soldiers from 6 RAR and three NZ soldiers faced a larger force of North Vietnamese Army and Viet Cong in an arduous battle. We lost 18 soldiers that day and another 24 were wounded. All give some, but some gave it all. Lest We Forget.
