Christmas Day lunch 4 COURSE SET MENU $228 per adult Bread on Arrival Warm sourdough, Pepe Saya butter, Alto extra virgin olive oil, 8y/o aged balsamic, and house made dips A selection of charcuterie board with waygu bressola, San Daniele prosciutto, Mortadella, Salumi, and condiments 3 Tier Share Platter Sydney rock oysters with pickled cucumber, salmon caviar, chardonnay vinegar. King crab legs. Oven roasted lobster mornay, lemon poached tiger prawns, Ora King salmon gravlax, grilled Skull Island king prawn’s, chives, lemon & garlic butter. Sear scallop’s with celeriac puree, pine nuts, blackcurrants. Beer battered blue eye cod, hand cut chips, house tartare, lemon. Lightly fried southern squid, wild rocket, chilli salt. 24hr slow roasted whole lamb shoulder, summer vegetables, young potatoes, green chimichurri served on top of the platter Dessert served alternately Bombe Alaska, pistachio ice cream, raspberry sorbet and fresh berries.
