23.01.2022 Good Morning everyone. Tomorrow morning we will be open normal hours of 5:30am till 3pm. We can’t thank you all enough for supporting us through what can only ...be described as a once in a lifetime event for our generation. We have been receiving lots of orders for our range of smoked meats and traditional Lasagnas. We are not sure for how many more days we will be open due to the spread of this virus and it may only be a matter or hours if not days until we may be closed If you would like to order some lasagnas available in meat or vegetarian or smoked meats; Angus Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Char-grilled Chicken or dried 1kg packets of pasta or sauces.. please please please send us a direct message so we can set it aside for you for collection tomorrow. 01.01.2022 As many of you may have heard our fleet of food trucks 8 Smoked Inches was all geared up to operate at the Melbourne Grand Prix and also at the Melbourne Intern...ational Flower & Garden Show. The shows have all been cancelled and we have lots of smoked meats and char-grilled chicken available. All our meats have been portioned into 1kg bags and snap frozen. They are available for sale from the cafe from today. Please see prices attached and a few other products we are able to also get. The prices are already heavily discounted and are prepared in our commercial kitchen at The Mobile Catering Company by our chefs. Please help us share this to our community and locals Anthony & Scott
