22.01.2022 After over 14 exciting and rewarding years in the fitness industry, it is with mixed emotions that I officially announce my break from my work as a Personal Trainer. I wanted to say a big thank you to the many clients that I have trained over the years, you all know who you are. Thank you for giving me a chance to work with you, as well as the support you gave me during my work, your assistance which has helped me achieve several endeavours.
