24.01.2022 Join us at the 2020 MAINfm Rogies for our annual awards night celebrating our amazing volunteer presenters who make it happen, week in, week out. It's also a chance for the MAINfm community to gather and celebrate all the station has achieved this year. The event is an informal mix of awards, presented by Adz & Macca, with music by DJs Luke (Lukewarm Cocktail Lounge) & Rich (The Hero Lounge), food from local producers, and gin provided by event sponsors Animus Distillery. D...ue to capacity and Covid-related restrictions, tickets are limited and although tickets are free, you will need to register in advance via Try Booking: https://www.trybooking.com/events/landing?eid=683174 no need to print tickets. 18.01.2022 HALL OF FAME Now here is a recent addition to MAINfm's Hall of Fame that has been a long time coming- Suzanne Donisthorpe. On air you'll hear Suzanne presenting Hear Say and co-presenting The Shout Out, and until very recently she headed up the award winning Art Swank. Behind the scenes Suzanne is keeping many a plate spinning; as a long serving committee member, leading the programming team, contributing to multiple sub-committees, jumping behind the mic on outside broadcas...ts and always listening to the shows and providing encouragement and coaching to the presenters.
