The text of the team visited syngenta chemical plant on the Mississippi River before heading out for more leisurely pursuits... Dinner was at Houmas house - a gorgeous plantation estate

03.01.2022 Well it has been a whirlwind! Thanks to all who have helped to make our experience so amazing. It is sad to say goodbye after such an amazing experience. We have made friends for life out of this time!

02.01.2022 We had to come all the way to Louisisana to find out how to cut up a kangaroo?? This poster was found on an Ag classroom wall during my visit to Sam Houston High School. Trust those Cajuns to be ready to kill it, cook it and eat it when they encounter their first wild kangaroo!
