Shortbread crust: 45g desiccated coconut 60g almond flour 22g maple syrup 40ml coconut oil, melted Caramel layer: 40ml maple syrup 22ml coconut oil, melted 50g desiccated coconut 42g @99th_monkey peanut butter Chocolate drizzle: 43g @solomons_gold chocolate 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil Method: 1. combine all ingredients for the crust in a bowl and transfer mixture into a baking pan. freeze. 2. in a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the caramel layer. stir in the coconut. 3. remove pan from freezer and spread caramel layer. freeze. 4. melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over bars. 06.01.2022 Friday's are for extravagent breakfasts and large scoops of almond cacao butter. APRICOT PANCAKE BAKE RECIPE:... 30g oat flour (blended oats) 15g @happywayau choc peanut butter protein 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp of sugar free maple syrup 1/2 tsp of baking powder 40g Greek yoghurt dash of plant based milk (so it mixes) 1 apricot, sliced 1. Add all to a bowl (except apricot) and mix well. 2. Pour into a greased oven proof dish. 3. Place apricot pieces in a circle pattern in the dish. 4. Cook in the air fryer on 180 for 8mins. 5. Let it rest for 2 mins (so it deflates a bit). 6. Cook for a further 2 mins. 7.
