The 44-year-old was last seen leaving an address on Winston Street on 15 September around 6.15am.... Police have concerns for Robert due to a medical condition. He is described as 175cm tall with a thin build with short brown hair. Robert is known to frequent the Yarragon, Trafalgar and Warragul areas. Police have released an image of Robert in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
