Your safety and the safety of our trainers is our #1 priority so we wanted to give you an update on the processes we will have in place as part of our COVIDSafe plan. . Please sanitise your hands before you enter the club and also after your workout.... . When you arrive you will be greeted by our new friend The Defender for a temperature check + capturing contact tracing information. . Social distancing rules apply in the club, so please maintain 1.5m between each other at all times. . All of our stations are 2m apart, so there is plenty of room to workout safely at each station . Unfortunately no pad work for now. . All of our trainers will be wearing masks. . Masks are not compulsory for members while doing high intensity training, but based on government guidelines they are recommended . When we are at capacity (max 10 ppl), we will get you to line up outside and be ready to go. . Please bring your own water bottle. . No towel, no workout. . The 30 sec break between rounds will be active cleaning so that all equipment is wiped down ready for the next person. .
