Tips ... - Place equipment at the edge of reach - Arms straight and tight - Squeeze shoulder blades in together - Hips back (feel stretch in hamstrings and hips hinged) - Engage core (takes the load off the lower back so YES your back will be fine) - Fire when ready - Keep core engaged on way day (otherwise YES you will feel it in the back) And REPEAT Breathing - Breathing OUT as you explode on the way UP - Breathing IN as you are going Down Remember this movement is meant to be done at high intense but *technique* must be mastered first. 18.01.2022 It's Summer time Must be smoothie bowl time METHOD Step 1... Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Step 2 Place the coconut, buckwheat and pepitas on the prepared tray. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool. Step 3 Blend bananas, oats, berries, yoghurt, protein powder and milk in a blender until smooth. Divide among bowls. Swirl in extra yoghurt and top with cacao, chia and extra berries. See more

Can do these exercises as a warm up/ activation giant set or a finisher/ burner. 1. Side walks (3-5 sets of 20-30 reps) ... - Beginners band around knees or advance band around ankles - Half squat, hips back - Tighten core - Lock knees out for optimumal glute activation - Take a big step to the side keep tension and feet wide - Repeat 20-30 steps 2. Straight leg extension/raise (3-5 sets of 10-20 reps each side) - Band around ankles keeping leg straight - Keep band tight - Tighten core - Rest on wall or rail - Tighten glute and hamstring to raise leg on slight ankle back - Alternate legs and repeat 3. 01.01.2022 What a year 2020 has been .. its been tough on everyone in all different ways but we werent given this life for a walk in the park. Tough times ask us to be brave and adapt and through that persistence we become stronger. Time to become TOUGH!!
