25.01.2022 Noni is a fantastic example of consistancy pays off. Noni consistantly trains 4 times a week and has seen fantastic results. We have learned to get the best out of noni is to play 80s music will she trains!!! keep up the great work chick!!!
25.01.2022 Closing out the year with an acknowledgment to our 2020 Club CHAMPION . Christine was crowned out 2020 Champion after a massive effort in our club Championship. A 9 week slog of weekly challenges and weight loss. Christine performed well throughout the Weekley challenges with a top 5 score on most rounds. Her biggest achievement was her complete body transformation, which saw her lose 14.9% of her total body weight. We wish all our members and their families a safe and ha...ppy new year. 24.01.2022 Know your heart rate zones, and how you earn MEPs (Myzone Effort Points) The GREEN ZONE- This is indicated by a GREEN tile colour. This zone you should achieved within the first 1-2 mins of your session. Then its all up from there. A good indicator of how FIT you are is, how quick your heart rate takes to recover. We established that you should be aiming to hit the RED zone within the last 30sec of each round. If you do this, then during your 30sec recovery period, try ...to drop back into the GREEN zone. This will show you that you have a high level of fitness. Work on your breathing between rounds. Recover to GREEN. In this zone you will be working at 70-79% of your Max Heart rate and will earn 3 MEPs per minute.

Our relationship has seen the birth of 3 of our 6 kids, a few career changes, and hours and hours of training sessions, both one-On-one PT and now at @9roundbaulkhamhills. They both have achieved incredible results over the years and I have enjoyed watching them achieve and set new goals consistently.

They do 18 X 3 min rounds of high intensity training at 5am every day, then head home get their kids ready for school, head to a full days work, come home, cook dinner for the family, go to bed and up ready to smash out their next 5am session the next day. ... 11.01.2022 WEEKEND LUNCH or DINNER IDEA. Get in the kitchen this weekend and cook up a storm INGREDIENTS 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 2 garlic cloves, peeled, ... halved 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, quartered 2 stalks lemongrass (white part only), roughly chopped 3 kaffir lime leaves, 2 long green chillies, sliced 165ml can coconut milk 6 (750g) chicken thigh fillets, cut into 4cm pieces 1 tablespoon peanut oil 2 carrots, peeled, halved crossways 2 Lebanese cucumbers, halved crossways 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, halved lengthways 100g red cabbage 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves 2 eschalots, thinly sliced Lime wedges, to serve DRESSING 1/4 cup boiling water 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon lime juice METHOD Step 1 Place turmeric, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves and 1/2 the chilli in a small food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add 1/2 the coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Process until combined. Transfer to a large bowl. Add chicken to turmeric mixture. Toss well to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to allow flavours to develop. Refrigerate remaining coconut milk until required. Step 2 Make Dressing: Place boiling water, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice in a heatproof jug. Stir until combined and sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool completely. Step 3 Thread chicken onto 8 metal skewers. Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on medium heat. Drizzle skewers with oil. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes each side or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil. Stand for 5 minutes. Step 4 Meanwhile, using the thin julienne setting on a vegetable spiraliser, cut carrot and cucumber into noodles. Step 5 Using the slicing blade attachment on a food processor, slice pineapple into 2mm-thick slices. Repeat with cabbage. Step 6 Arrange carrot, cucumber, pineapple, cabbage, mint and coriander in serving bowls. Drizzle salad with dressing. Top with skewers. Sprinkle with remaining chilli and eschalot. Serve with remaining coconut milk and lime wedges. Source: taste.com

01.01.2022 Its going to be an absolute stunning weekend. Set up your outdoor tables and cook up this fish and tomato salad recipe INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped ... 2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind 4 x 150g skinless firm white fish fillets 350g frozen broad beans 150g sugar snap peas 250g cherry tomatoes, halved 400g can brown lentils, rinsed, drained 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 1/2 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice METHOD 1. Place a bamboo steamer over a wok or large saucepan of simmering water (make sure steamer does not touch water). Line base of steamer with baking paper. 2. Combine half the chives and half the rind in a small bowl. Place fish in steamer and sprinkle with chive mixture. Steam, covered, for 68 minutes or until fish is just cooked through. 3. Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave broad beans and sugar snaps, separately, until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Drain. Peel broad beans and discard skins. Thickly slice sugar snaps. Combine beans, sugar snaps, tomatoes, lentils, parsley, chilli, oil and remaining chives and rind in a large bowl. Season salad with salt and pepper. 4. Drizzle fish with juice and serve with salad. It is not unusual for Arvi to hit 300 MEPS in one session, and on Saturdays he likes to run to the gym burning around 1000 calories before he even starts his session....
