24.01.2022 Another cut up done! Little bit different today we boned out the eye fillets and striploins instead of doing t-bones, 1 rolled rib roast with herb and garlic sprinkle and even got spoilt with an eye fillet burger for lunch!

23.01.2022 Our cut up day from last week! 4 boned and rolled briskets with herb and garlic sprinkle, herb and garlic marinated y-bone 5 different flavour of sausages plain, honey roast beef and Dijon mustard, rosemary and garlic, honey macadamia and smokey bacon and maple which made 1014 sausages!



23.01.2022 What a way to spend our two year anniversary! Awesome cut up day two steers in the friged and freeze. We did 4 boned and rolled briskets with pepper steak seasoning, 30kgs of sausages half plain and half herb and garlic safe to say they won't run out of meat any time soon!

23.01.2022 A busy last couple of days 10 lambs cut up with 20kg of sausages then on to kill 2 pigs dressing out at 57kg and 48.6kg with 2 legs and 2 loins all cured ready for our customer to turn into ham and bacon yummy

19.01.2022 Another busy weekend for us. One cut up day, 2 different flavour of sausages Worcestershire and cracked pepper and Aussie BBQ some herb garlic chilli y-bone. How good do those steaks look! Then finished off with 3 beast in the cold room, thats going to be a big day. Lucky the weather played nice for us.

18.01.2022 Another day another kill, a beautiful Murray Grey(my favourite breed) steer dressing out at 285.3kg.

17.01.2022 Back down to palmwoods to put our biggest beast in the coldroom topping the scales at 268.8kg. Might have to get Aaron a step ladder for the next one

11.01.2022 Busy morning for us, 3 lambs cut up and then on to put a steer in the cold room all before midday.

09.01.2022 70kg of sausages, 2 boned and rolled loins with apple and sage stuffing and 1 lamb ready for the spit. Fair to say we're getting good at making sausages!

07.01.2022 Big day yesterday processing 457kg of meat. 50kg of sausages 96kg of mince and our very popular rolled brisket roasts with pepper steak seasoning. You wouldn't believe this meat came from a dairy steer unless you processed it yourself

07.01.2022 Our last couple of weekends have been pretty busy with 2 steers and 7 lambs in total.

05.01.2022 As the year draws to an end Aaron and I would just like to thank all our customers for the support in our first year of operating with many more to come! We thought we'd put the knives down and pick up the fishing rods for a couple of days at stanage bay and what do you know Aaron is already out fishing me We wish you all a happy New year and hopefully it brings some much need rain!

04.01.2022 Our current heavy weight champion was 268.8kg which has now been beaten today with a 457kg steer at Rosemont which was there smallest one! And the we had the challenge of getting him in I think Aaron is going to need a stronger offsider

03.01.2022 We had a super fun morning in the coldroom getting the customers Christmas feast ready! 8kg of salami, 25kg of cheesey kabana 4 legs of pork cured and 1 loin of bacon all ready for him to smoke but that's not all 12kg of vegemite and cheese sausages and 12kg of pumpkin feta shallots and fresh finger lime sausages. 1 lamb cut up and how good does it look!

02.01.2022 Super busy last couple of weeks for us with 3 lambs 2 steers 8 pigs and 1 goat plenty of variety for us with the next month already booked out make sure you get your bookings in to avoid disappointment! With the current issues going on we are lucky to be an essential service so we will still be able to operate
