25.01.2022 A handy reminder from Jo Boggle about our essential oil bottles. Essential Oil Tip Did you know that your Essential Oil doesn’t come out of the the centre of the little plastic cap. That’s right, if you look closely you will see a tiny hole, this is where it actually comes from. Did you also know you can control the flow of your oils. For those thicker oils turn the bottle so the hole is facing up and for the thinner oils simply turn the bottle so the hole is at the bottom.... Another tip if you struggle to find the hole in the first place as it is quiet small. Place a small mark on the label which will be easier to find next time. #betterlifeessentials

Fill continuous spray water bottle 1/2 way with Insect Repellent (Outdoor Blend here) and 1/2 way with witch hazel. Spray as needed and rub in. All natural. No bites.
