22.01.2022 I am currently on a Full on course and only finish at 1700. one Monday meal planning in my head happened followed by a speed shop to cook Filled capsicum Beef Rouladen Goulash And pie filling (except I broke to oven)... I had enough mince to prepare tomorrow’s dinner tonight our fav Chili con carne -off the german cookidoo Here is tonight photo heating up filled caps steaming potato’s and veggies while the second thermi chuffed away on the Chili. Another full day tomorrow. Dinner sorted.

17.01.2022 This recipe is by far one of my most popular of all! Between all four of my book and my entire blog, I get positive feedback on this one more than most! I have ...to say it came as a surpise at first, our family loved it but it wasn't one that I anticipated would be a favorite. Nonetheless, I am elated that it is and I converted the original recipe to use the Instant Pot and it is quicker than ever. What is it that you love about this Orange Chicken??

16.01.2022 Happy new year to you. Seeing the new decade in while visiting Busselton. And trying to finish and start the year curry meal planning. Monday we had Brazilian cheese puffs... And steam fish fillets with Indian spices Tuesday we enjoy Beef curry with coconut roti. It was daunting but the roti were super easy to make and were the hit -highly recommend For the first day of this decade we are at tarting with a karibian curry. When I am meal planning with my cookidoo things are so much easier and i think I am looking at online shopping rather then lugging all home myself. See how it will go. We have had some left over from every meal so just to let you know the portions are generous and when it says 4 you probably easy get away feeding 5 people. The girls are looking forward to another batch of cheesepuffs. Again happy new year and catch you soon.

11.01.2022 Been quite on FB. Having visitors and doing a lot of sightseeing. However the kitchen never stops. Our meal plan was like this (not necessarily in order) Cauliflower cake (blumenkohl Kuchen)... Risotto verde Vegetarian filled capsicum Steamed red curry fish Leek pie (did not use the tofu but some mix of cream cheese and sour cream ) Mushroom cappuccino Fresh sour dough bread Potatoes and pea curry with portobello mushrooms My guests were impressed with all the dishes. Personally sometimes I would add the secret ingredient vegetable stock Paste) to the dishes even when not listed. By the way. Do you make your stock paste? If not let me know and I can help you. And year it was a pretty much meatless week apart from the Wiener schnitzel last night.
