25.01.2022 This week my apprentice and I started a new job at Stafford Heights. It's an internal renovation of the downstairs area with an open rumpus, toilet and laundry.

14.01.2022 Deck repairs complete at Eatons Hill

14.01.2022 Our Ashgrove project is well under way. This is a huge house raise build under project that we are very proud to be involved in. The project involves removing one side of the house to reduce its width, then raising and shifting the house to the side so that a second block becomes available, to build a new house on. Below are some photos of the initial demolition works. We will keep our progress photos coming through out the journey.

11.01.2022 Some photos of our recently completed renovation over at Seven Hills. This house raise build under project added 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, rumpus/lounge, internal stairs and outdoor entertaining area. A house raise and build under is always a great option for gaining necessary space in these post war homes. It was a pleasure to work with these lovely clients.

06.01.2022 The lovely clients of this rear deck extension are thoroughly enjoying they're outdoor entertaining area. They've done a fantastic job of the painting and furnishings, finishing off the job nicely.

05.01.2022 Deck repairs at Eatons Hill. These decks required full Joist replacement as well as new decking boards. We've installed hardwood joists, with pvc protection strips to the top of all structural members, to prevent any water pooling.
