19.01.2022 Hello All, I've been meaning to send an official clinic email letting you know I'm back to work, but I'm terrified I'll be too busy if I do. :-) So, officially back to work with a 3 month old means I'm only doing limited hours: Work hours are Tuesday to Saturday, only 2 appointments per day at this stage at 10:30am and 2:00pm. This is generally when William is most predictably asleep.... As he gets older, I will start doing 7:00am starts and other times, but we're just starting slow. I humbly ask clients to only book in Saturday appointments if they definitely cannot make any other time during the week. I've only opened Saturdays as I know how many of you need after work hours. I also humbly ask for flexibility in everyone as William will sometimes be awake during an appointment or grizzly. I will do my best to look after everyone to my utmost abilities. Something else you all need to know is that I'm taking 3 weeks off from June 5th to June 25th as my Mum is coming to stay with us from South Africa. Then we'll be back on schedule as usual after that. Can't wait to see you all. Breathe, Relax, Enjoy. Aurelia xo

11.01.2022 Clinic Newsletter February 2016 Old News:... A belated Happy New Year to all of you! This newsletter is indeed very late, but babies have kept me busy. I meant to send this in October, but here is the official wonderful news: Lillianna Aurelia Everaarts was born on the 30th of September at 10:54pm. She was 3.63kg and 52cm tall. I had 3 days of pre-labour contractions etc, but when she finally decided to come, she came in a rush. Lilly was born beautifully in a birthing pool and all went to plan. I'm a very lucky Mummy. Thank you to you all for thinking of us and sending lots of love. I felt it! Back to Business: I have missed you all and am happy to announce I am officially back to work. Clinic Hours: For now I will be taking patients on Wednesdays and Fridays, but as Lillianna grows, I will be adding to this all the time. Wednesday: 10:00am and 1:00pm Friday: 10:00am and 1:00pm I am flexible on these times and soon will be taking a 7:00am instead of the 1:00pm. The times obviously are, as best as I can predict, around Lilly's sleep times, so sometimes she may not be asleep and I may need your patience. 05.01.2022 I would like to send love and compassion out to all those affected currently by any natural disasters, both here and abroad. A lot of clients are feeling sad, anxious and down for people around them. Remember it is okay to feel these emotions, but rather than dwell on them, be comforted in the idea that out of destruction comes creation and out of despair, total and utter kindness can come from complete strangers. Baby Everaarts is due around the 15th of Feb, so Im starting to slow down now. As of Monday 9th Dec, Im no longer working Mondays. A Li Acupuncture will be open till Friday 20th of December, re-opening on Tuesday 7th of Jan.... Ill be working till Friday Jan 24th at this stage, unless baby decides otherwise. Ive been told bub is quite low, so I have to start taking a bit of care. Once Bub is here, well see how we go, but if all goes well, Ill be taking around 6+ weeks off and then slowly starting to filter patients in after that. In the meantime, I would highly recommend 2 beautiful acupuncturists I have worked very closely with over the years - Chiemi Kinoshita and Shoshannah Beck. If anyone would like their details Id be more than happy to pass them on.
