10.01.2022 UPDATE: We are still open and delivering classes. We have limited our class sizes to 5 to ensure we more than comply with distancing & indoor space guidelines We are committed to the health and well-being of all our students. We are closely following the guidelines advised by Qld Health during this time of extra caution and we want to assure you that: * You will have your own dummy for CPR, you will not be sharing with anyone else. * All of our training dummies are cleane...d inside and out with hospital grade dis-infectant after each course. * Disposable lung bags and face masks are used on each dummy for each person * We are no longer asking you to demonstrate rescue breaths as part of your assessment. This important feature will be taught and mimicked instead. * We have a sink and antibacterial soap in our classroom so you can wash your hands * All chairs and clipboards are disinfected after each course * Our class sizes are being limited to a maximum of 8 people and a good distance will be maintained between students. Hygiene and safety has always been a priority for us as we are sure all of previous students attest however we are exercising extra measures.

03.01.2022 It's R U OK?Day, a reminder that every day is a day to start a conversation that could change a life. Today we're calling on Australians to learn what to say af...ter R U OK? so they can keep the conversation going when someone says they're not OK. There's more to say after R U OK? Learn what to say when listening with an open mind Learn what to say when encouraging action Learn what to say when checking in Learn how to continue a conversation that could change a life. When we know what to say next we can help someone open up and find pathways to support long before they're in crisis. Learn what to say next and help us move closer to our vision of a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide. Head to www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask
