13.01.2022 A Perfect Pear Update: Picking has finished for the year 36 bins a record year, lots of fruit to make our yummy Paste, Chutney, Jam and Cider Vinegar. The orchard is mown for the winter and looks in great condition. We have a new addition to our family, I’ll post a picture soon into production full swing. 09.01.2022 For tea tonight I cooked a piece of pickled pork, Julia my daughter told me to bake it so I did I served it on a bed of sweet mashed potato with green beans and cauliflower, Veeerrry Noice. Of course I also had some pear chutney on the side that made it buuddy bootiful, try it for yourself! #aperfectpear
