10.01.2022 Well today was different! We finally started school in Perth..... it rained, we wore masks and we missed dad! He would have been here if this was last week - screw you Covid!!!!! Safe to say both kids had a ball, Mumma cried a few tears but was ok once I got back to Nanna’s to my smallest child..... he was super excited to duck to Kmart this afternoon (essentials) ... Hope everyone else in Perth has had a super start to first days and if FiFo hopefully parents still got. to see or hear about the excitement of the day..... just think if they weren’t here you get a second first day and we can’t wait for that one!! Happy Monday Beautiful people

09.01.2022 What would your reaction be to this first thing at your morning wee?? I woke up to this the other day...... wondering WTAF Then whilst sitting I have my Middle child asking if her Charlie dog is gonna die - but why I ask ... Cause she’s lost so much hair mum! She’s old and grey basically me but thanks

06.01.2022 Been so quiet here lately as I’ve been busting my butt to get a job in Perth. Man oh Man it’s hard!! Trying to find work that suits the lifestyle that we lead is hard, trying to get daycare is hard, trying to work out help and hours of work is harder ... Perth life is hard as we aren’t as lucky to have things paid for as we did. Living in Newman so I need to work to keep out financial goals Alive - another thing I hate about FiFo!

05.01.2022 The things we do when the other half is away ..... is it because we know we will do it better / faster or because we can’t wait for them to do what we need hahaha feeling accomplished that I have put together a heap of furniture whilst he’s been away, things I’ve been wanting to do for months

05.01.2022 Missing those short walks across the road, the school chats and banter, the woolies checkout chatter and the pub catch ups ..... I think this move to the big smoke is finally at the end of the novelty...... small towns are by far my favourite places to be.....
