04.01.2022 The weather is definitely heating up now spring has sprung. Beautiful mild to warm days but the night's are still a little on the cool side. Now is the time to consider a General Pest service before things get out of control.

02.01.2022 Termites swarm from their nests several times a season, from late October until late February, when the humidity is very high, just prior to a storm. This is often not a problem, as most will die if they don't find a suitable new home quickly & they need to find somewhere near a source of moisture. It does however alert you that there is a colony within striking distance of your property, so we recommend everyone gets a full inspection at least every 12 months. If you see termites swarming out of your house (especially the roof) it could mean that you already have a serious problem. If you see this happening, you need to call a pest company immediately.
