So, I have done some thinking and I know there are many of you who are seeking some guidance and with all the madness of this COVID-19 pandemic, who has a spare $50-$100 to get a reading at the moment? 13.01.2022 There is a very intense energy in the air this week! And you may notice some small or not so small pushes to pick up your game in one or two aspects of your lif...e. I had a visit from my guides last night who had a message for me to pass on in regards to some changes coming up over the next few weeks. They told me that there will be some big kicks up the butt when it comes to work and that we all need to up our game and prove our worth because now is when our hard work and creativity/passion will be noticed. Then there was a message for those in relationships. The last few weeks you may have noticed yourself overanalysing and being quite judgemental. Not just towards your partner but very much towards yourself. You’re being reminded to really be kind to yourself and the message here is, You don’t have to be perfect to be amazing!. So press pause. Don’t expect too much from your partner or yourself right now. Take a breath and just take it one step at a time. Start reminding yourself of the blessings around you and that you have given each other. 02.01.2022 Headspace has an AWESOME challenge for the month of September! The aim is to do as many things on the list as you can during this month. Tonight, LACHLAN chose to tick off ‘Take a long bath’ and so I set up an aromatherapy energy where I lit a salt lamp with tea light candle, added Epsom salts. Essential oils to help with grounding, relaxation and balancing energies. If you’re looking for the most beautifully scented magnesium and Epsom salts, you MUST try the EpZen Esacap...e. The aroma is blissful and the magnesium works wonders on any sore muscles. I love that the family have taken on this challenge as a team! Tomorrow we will be doing a little drive down to woolongong to a place called Booch Bar, where we can do some taste testing and purchase a few favourites to bring home where we will tick off ‘Try/drink Kombucha’! I will also attach a copy of the challenge list and would live to see you all join in, send photos and share the positivity with the ones you love!
