18.01.2022 Study of Rodin’s Bust of Jean-Paul Laurens. Solid bronze is always tricky to do because the value range is either 100% white all the way down to a polished black that’s so dense that it becomes reflective. That, and bronze beards are suffering. Still fun though!
15.01.2022 Getting back into doing gallery studies. This is William Beechey’s Portrait of a Lady, done at the National Gallery of Victoria.
