06.01.2022 Had fun today making these delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil biscuits. Make the dough from 2 cups plain flour, 1tsp baking soda, 3/4 cup water and 3 tbsp extra virgin oilve oil. Roll into thin flat circle shapes, brush with garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle dried or fresh herbs on top. Bake in the oven until golden. Any dip or topping will go well with these. We enjoyed tomatoes and red onion with balsamic vinegar.
