03.01.2022 Michael is heading down to South Australia with Chef Outta Water to the Inaugural Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb. He will be based in the quaint historic Town of Mintaro and working at Watervale Hotel. We wish him the best of luck in such a beautiful part of Australia, and look forward to him bringing a little of the Clare home! 03.01.2022 Chef Michael Brine will be the guest chef for this years Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb 16-22 September. Michael has lead chef exchanges in South Korea and b...een a Chef Outta Water Associate with delegations to China and the USA. He will be at the newly renovated Watervale Hotel for 3 days and is looking forward to the chance to feature his skills alongside great Clare Valley Chefs and to feature the local lamb and other produce.
