20.01.2022 I dropped by to see how the Wells extension was progressing. So satisfying to see it come from a 3D model to almost approaching completion. Originally this house had a single, skillion style roof, sloping towards the back and little street appeal. Now, the clients are loving the new facade and entry. Looking smart! 19.01.2022 2nd storey addition recently completed. Plans for council drawn by A1 Advanced Drafting . This was a tricky one to get passed because it’s a corner block with numerous setback and building envelope rules to juggle. Besides a second storey addition, the clients wanted to relocate the garage and driveway to the front street from the previous side street entry. Council regulations regarding driveway access not being in close proximity to the street corner made things difficult. We got it over the line by the use of a new curved driveway on a reasonable gradient up to the new double garage. A practical solution which dramatically enhanced the front facade.
