About the business and the role- Our fast-growing workshop requires a skilled technician/mechanic with experience in European vehicles to join our team!... We are one of Sydney's premier independent European workshops. Located in Ryde (Meadowbank) on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, we have been proudly servicing, repairing and upgrading vehicles since 2018. With a strong customer focus specialising in European and Japanese vehicles (however we cater for all makes and models). Our clients have high expectations and we strive to provide our customers with better service than the dealerships, without the dealership price-tag on brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Skoda and Volkswagen. With this in mind, we are looking for a keen and productive technician to join our dedicated A1 Autohaus family. Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to - Carry out all vehicle servicing to a high standard Complete minor and major mechanical repair work Carry out performance upgrades Carry out body styling kit installs Fault diagnosis inc mechanical, electrical and air conditioning Excellent problem solving and adaptability skills Maintain a clean and orderly workshop at all times Document all work and jobcards Checking, storing and updating stock Qualifications/Skills - Trade experience with European servicing and maintenance minimum 2+ years High level of attention to detail and fault diagnosis Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Willingness to learn and develop existing skills and knowledge Work effectively individually or as part of team Current Tradesman certificate/license (registered with nsw fair trading) Unrestricted and valid driver’s license Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles Provision of own tools is required (General workshop and specialised tools provided) Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills No B.S mentality (we are a team first family environment workshop) Additional skills/qualifications, AIS or AC licenses advantageous Job benefits and perks - Well equipped and organised workshop Latest diagnostic and workshop equipment (continually updating) Great working environment Flexible working conditions Above award renumeration packages (based on industry experience) To apply for the position - You can apply by sending your resume directly to [email protected], calling 89640088 or see the link below https://www.seek.com.au/job/50689053
