15.01.2022 Microsoft has just confirmed to me that Windows activation can only be given technical support if it is the owner of the pc calling. This means if you have an activation issue you cannot get a technician to fix it for you.. you have to call microsoft yourself and be redirected and misled by their poor technical support team based overseas

10.01.2022 I really like this company. www.piriform.com they provide 4 really good fully functional free utilities that anyone can get use from. They also have more powerful purchasable versions but for the average person the free versions are great.
