12.01.2022 To Whom it may Concern. We engaged Les in June 2020. His price was fair. His manner was prompt, courteous and open.... The job to replace the bearer under the ramp became to replace the landing also because of 50 years of weathering/rot, discovered as Les worked. The change in job description followed a meeting at the site with full disclosure and discussion of pros and cons. As the job progressed , we were impressed with Les’ attention to detail and to do the job properly attitude. The craftsmanship demonstrated reminded us of the old master craftsmen.
