Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 banana 1/2 cup oat flour (you can just blend the oats till it blends into a flour substitute)... 1/4 cup protein of your choice waffle maker or just make them as pancakes. Topping: (Optional) fruit maple syrup Chobani flavoured yoghurt Method: - Blend all ingredients together till blended well. - Pour 3/4 cup of mixture into waffle maker / depending on waffle maker size - Leave in for about 2mins for a soft waffle or 3-4mins for a crunchy but fluffy on the inside. - Put your favourite topping and ENJOY!
