20.01.2022 Here's a great opportunity for eligible Queensland hospitality businesses to assist them to bounce back from the economic impact of the Covid 19 to the tune of $10,000 per business. Unlike similar offerings in the past there is no con-contribution required. Permitted use of the grant funding extends to: - Professional advice to support business sustainability and diversification... - Planning, Counselling or Coaching aligned to business development and diversification - Building the business through marketing and communications activities - Digital strategy development - Digital training to adapt to new business models - Capital costs associated with meeting COVID-19 SAFE requirements - Specialised digital equipment or business specific software to move business operations online - Meeting business costs Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis so the window for the opportunity will close very quickly. Get in touch with Paul Adams or Anthony Tuite and we can discuss this opportunity. AAA Advisors. Kickstart Your Business. www.aaaadvisors.com.au https://lnkd.in/gwhtuqU

19.01.2022 One day soon the light is going to turn green..... Do you have a plan or are you just going to see what happens? We speak to venue owners daily and it is apparent there are a lot of people operating without a plan, they're in holding pattern and they are using the government stimulus to simply sustain their current position.... The venues who are fortunate enough to still be open for business with delivery and takeaway may be turning over more than normal due to lockdown. Great for now but what is going to happen when people have more options? When restrictions are lifted all operators are going to need to take action and again alter their plans. They'll need to: - Source cash to purchase inventory - Hire and redeploy staff - Develop and fine tune their marketing plans - Reconfigure seating arrangements in bars and restaurants Have you got a plan for how you are going to change your systems and processes to cover this off? AAA Advisors have real life experience in owning and running successful hospitality operations as well as revitalising underperforming businesses and making them work again. AAA Advisors will help you refocus, reset, get prepared for what is ahead and ultimately make you more money. Get in touch with us and let us get your business working for you! 18.01.2022 AAA Advisors travelled to the Gold Coast yesterday for a strategy session with a new client. This client has been operating their business for about three years and is in need of assistance to increase sales, get better results from marketing and deal with landlords, suppliers and staff. Within two hours we were able to get a very clear impression of the history of the business, the demographics of the area, the stature of competitors in that area and the problems that have... and will be faced in the future. We now have a broad plan of attack which will be fine tuned and then implemented to get this business profitable and working for the owners rather than the other way around. As we have a lot of experience in the industry we were very quickly able to identify the expenses where they were paying significantly more than they should have been. A couple of phone calls later have resulted in a couple of thousand dollars saved. At AAA Advisors we are dedicated to ensuring hospitality business owners have the knowledge and expertise to maximise their full revenue and profit potential. Get in touch with Paul Adams or Anthony Tuite and we will get the ball rolling! #gamechanger #aaaadvisors #raisetheroof #mentored #nextlevel #potential #increasesales

04.01.2022 Friday the 1st of May and we should all be up early getting some work done before we get to Moo Moo's for the May AT Mutual Opportunities Lunch. Unfortunately M...r C Virus had other ideas! These events have been very successful and as soon as the restrictions are lifted we will be rescheduling our next Brisbane event and our inaugural Gold Coast event. Flashback to August 2019 Mutual Opportunities Lunch where we had a great afternoon supporting Paralympian Sam Carter and raising some money to send him to Tokyo. Sam has also had to put things on hold due to the Paralympic Games being deferred a year due to the pandemic. This delay will hopefully play into Sam's hands as he can spend more time fine tuning his performances and hopefully he can be showing us some gold medals when he joins us at our event after the Paralympics in 2021. I'm looking forward to getting these events back on track and bigger and better. I connect you to the people you need to be connected with. www.anthonytuite.com.au #raisetheroof #gamechanger #peopleconnector #rtrstereopodcast #mutualopportunitieslunch #anthonytuite #aaaadvisors
