Unfortunately dust shows. If you are smart and turn them into the right direction this will be on the window side. But regardless if you turn them into a position that daylight comes in it will be visible. Our expert cleaning team sat together and the first answer they came up immediately was: - Clean Venetian Blinds regularly - that means weekly or at least fourtnightly ( there are no shortcuts)! Use a soft absorbing cloth and dust dry. Check! Some leave dust behind. Microfibre Cloths or dusters can work wonders. If you do it regularly its fast. Put on a good song and dance around as you do. If tenants cleaned it the wrong way a shower screen can look very milky. If tenants didnt clean at all - it can be as bad as scraping off massive amounts of soap from the glass before even attempting to do the final clean. Why is this important for you as a person wanting to sell the house or wanting to rent your investment property? Some people might not apply or put in an offer because they cant see beyond how it is presented.
