21.01.2022 Little Bay is probably one of Sydney's best kept secret. The community is growing fast, commercials have not caught up yet, but gvmt have future plans. Demographics include retirees and higher earning young people who are mobile with workplace. Housing price have not appreciated much in the last few years. We believe it will not stay this way for long.

13.01.2022 Flowers are taped to the traffic light poll in Zetland, in condolence to the tragic accident last week where a delivery man was ran over by a bus at a busy intersection. AAC would like to remind all motorists to respect the work of these delivery people on bikes. To the ignorant, they are a nuisance on the road. But their work makes a difference to the society, especially at a time like now, where people decide to have their food delivered and eat at home instead of dining out. This reduces community contact but still keep catering businesses afloat. So next time you are driving and see a delivery person riding near you, be respectable and give them some room.
