10.01.2022 Welcome to Aace View! Our farm is situated just east of Warwick in a small community once part of Canning Downs that famed the Darling Downs region of South East Queensland in the early 1840’s. Long regarded as a premium agricultural area, we breed, feed and sell our MSA registered dorper lambs. We are committed to sustainable and ethical farm management practices to produce a high quality product. As such, we have taken considerable time and effort to develop our own... ration formula with which to feed our lambs. This has been carefully combined with free range grazing and access to mothers milk right up until the day of processing. From our humble beginnings with a flock consisting of only 5 crossbred dorper ewes,12 years on, we are now confident that we have created a product we are happy with. We have focused on small scale, excellent quality lamb, only selling lambs that we can produce ourselves. We adhere to the 5 animal freedoms framework laid out by the RSPCA and with a travel distance of less than 10 km to the abattoir, we are able to create an ethical and stress free environment. In addition this upbringing contributes to the dorper’s own ability to mature early, develop good muscle and lay fat evenly, making for a tender, great tasting product. As a seasonal product, our lamb is typically available from late December through to February. Customers who buy our lamb can be confident that they are buying a wholesome product whilst supporting our states campaign to Go local, grow local in 2020. At this point in time we service customers in and immediately around Warwick. In 2020 we are selling deluxe fresh half and whole lamb packs within the Warwick region. First lot of fresh lamb deliveries will be made next friday afternoon 24th ( just in time for AUSTRALIA DAY celebrations ) for those of you who have already ordered online or through personal contact.
