Good job on protecting tenants but you CANNOT protect tenants without protecting landlords. You MUST put the same moratorium on banks to protect private residential property investors. If you do not do this the private rental market will collapse, the property management industry will collapse and tens of thousands of workers will be out of jobs, the real estate market will collapse and the government simply CANNOT supply enough housing.
