The seminar will be chaired by the Honourable Robert French AC (former Chief Justice ...of the High Court) and delivered by Peter Quinlan SC (Solicitor General of Western Australia), Rachael Young (Fourth Floor Chambers) and Rachel Joseph (Francis Burt Chambers). This seminar is hosted by the Constitutional Centre of Western Australia in conjunction with the Australian Association of Constitutional law, the UWA Law Faculty's Contemporary Government & Regulation Research Hub and ourselves.
