If you go to the gym and have a great workout but don’t focus on recovery, your physique’s progress will be slower than a turtle walking uphill backwards. If you like the fit lifestyle and training, you want to train more often. You’re only limited by how quickly you can recover between training sessions.... The absolute two best things you can do to recover are prioritize your nutrition and sleep. After you’ve established the foundation, you should try other methods to help accelerate recovery.
